We are a team of automotive experts, passionate on reducing corporate inefficiencies and enthusiast of continuous improvement and digital technology.

Our background is quality engineering. We have long experiences in improving internal processes to adhere to quality procedures (DFSS), improving customer experience (NPS, JD Power, etc.) and driving supplier quality through prevention, audit and claim management.

How we started

We started with a belief. We thought that corporation today still have too many inefficiencies in the way they are managed, operate and collaborate with their partners. Hence, we looked how.

We learned technology and the opportunities it offers today. Software as a Service. It means 8D+ is a web application fully managed and don't requires maintenance by your IT departments. Updates are regular distributed with no downtime, for optimal user experience.

Of course (with Pro subscription). All users have a role assigned, with specific permissions and visibility scope on the database.

For sure. Each plan can be tailor around specific needs.

Custom reports can be prepared and assigned to any company code. In addition you can assign specific time response requirements, and plan the activity accordingly.

Most of the data saved in the database are available for download at any time. By flexible filters they can be narrowed and saved on simple spreadsheet tables.

We offer 30 days to test the application with limited amount of licenses. We believe on transparency and customers must be confident on our product.
